The Clarion HX D10 CD Player The HX-D10 is a single CD player with an AM/FM tuner. It also serves as a controller for a DSP/EQ, TV Tuner, DVD Deck Modules and a CD/MD changer. The motorized brushed aluminum face with a bright white dot matrix display makes this unit quite a beauty. The rotary knob is setup to adjust the volume as well as to adjust the settings within the 2 built-in menus. An external amp is required for use as the HX-D10 lacks internal amplification. This unit excels with its three 4V preamp outputs. Also, its two 24bit DAC's with 128x oversampling is hard to beat.
