Вот получил ответ от английского представительства Alpine:

"Dear Sir,

Please find that to update the unit there will be a charge of £49.99 + VAT, this is a one off charge which will allow us to update the mapping and software on the PMD-B200P.

The unit will need to be sent directly to us here is Coventry on the below address to the technical department.

Should you wish to do this then I will create you a Proforma Invoice for this and then the unit will need to be sent directly to us in order for us to test if the unit is still functional and then we will be able to update.

If the unit is in update mode then we will be able to change this so please do not worry about its functionality at present."

В общем цена вопроса в Англии 60 ихних фунтов, наверно придётся платить если не осилю самостоятельно, что врятли. Но посылать им как то совсем не хочется.
