The issues we had were all like this:
You unlock your car and the processor is powered up and after some seconds the remote output of the P-DSP is active. When you now start your engine, then there is a click on the speakers.

But I think your problems sounds a bit different. For the case of the engine start problem which is mentioned above, I have a prototype of a device here which can be used together with the P-DSP power input and then the engine start noise is solved.

Please provide me some more information:
Which car have you installed the P-DSP?
How long does it take until the remote output of the P-DSP switches on the amplifier?
Is the head unit a OEM head unit?
Was a factory side amplifier installed in the car before?
